Introduction to American Sign Language and Deaf Culture
This session, presented by Interpretek, will include an introduction to Deaf culture, teaching and practicing some basic ASL conversational, hospitality and welcoming signs, tips for working with an ASL Interpreter, tips for communicating with a person who is deaf/hard of hearing, and Q&A.
