What is the Visitor Industry Council (aka VIC)?

The VIC is the working arm of membership of VisitRochester.  The VIC gives members opportunities to pool their ideas and resources in efforts that will increase visitor business to the greater Rochester region.The cooperative programs, planned and implemented by the VIC through member participation, prove that a united effort can result in greater success.

Who from your organization should participate?

It is important to assign VIC responsibilities to an empowered decision-maker within your organization.  An individual who can commit the time to VIC monthly meetings and participate in selected VIC projects that enhance the marketing strategy of your organization. Everyone from your organization wil welcome to attend.
